1. Definitions

"Customer"	The person booking the service
"Service"	Private transfer or tour services
"Driver"	Company employee assigned to the transfer
"Booking"	Confirmed reservation for transport services

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, phone, or website.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation.

Accurate information must be provided (name, contact details, flight info).

Special requirements must be stated at time of booking.

Customer must review confirmation details and report errors immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment

5. Airport Services

First 60 minutes FREE from flight landing time. We monitor flights automatically — no extra charge for delays.

Airport Pickup Procedure

Driver meets you in arrivals hall
Name board with your name displayed
60 minutes free waiting from landing
Contact via WhatsApp if any issues

6. Liability

We Are Responsible For

Safe and comfortable transportation
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Luggage in the vehicle
Professional driver conduct
Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

We Are NOT Liable For

Traffic delays beyond our control
Weather-related delays
Flight delays / cancellations
Personal belongings left in vehicle
Missed connections due to circumstances beyond our control

7. Passenger Conduct
